We meet with you and discuss your likes and dislikes of your current bathroom and we look at ways to improve on the design that better suits your current lifestyle. We will measure, take photos, and discuss your ideas and inspiration.2
Project Estimate
We present your quote including a ‘starting point product selection’ from which we fine tune in Stage 3, according to your tastes and budget.3
In-home design selection
and schedule
Our designers will draw from an extension range of products to tailor a design that’s unique to you. In-home selection is not only convenient but it allows our team to see the space, surrounding rooms and the unique light signature of your bathroom to ensure the optimal selection is made and value is added to your home.4
Final quote and design approval
All of the changes as discussed will be updated and presented. You sign off on the design once you’re happy and ready to renovate. This costing is your final number – there’s no nasty surprises to come!5
Meet onsite
Before the renovation starts, you’ll meet one of our outstanding supervisors who will walk you through the important details and expectations so you can feel confident your home will be cared for throughout the entire process.6
Completion & handover
Once the work is complete, your project manager will hand over the project. When they’re 100% satisfied with every detail, we’ll present you with your written warranties – 6-year waterproofing and 7-year workmanship.
