Bathroom Renovation Sylvania

The owners of our Sylvania project wanted a downstairs bathroom to accommodate the varying needs of two energetic young boys and create  the main bathroom as an oasis for guests and the adults.

The newly built home was an exciting new project for us and meant that the bathrooms had to feel transparent through the home. The main bathroom was situated upstairs and they opted to go for fine fittings, Italian made ceramic basin, stunning matte black tapware matched with grey floor and wall tiles. A large shower niche was situated to optimse space in the shower for all necessities along with a concealed toilet for ultimate luxury and in-built shelf running through the bathroom. The wall hung vanity sat perfectly allowing for the ultimate storage space for the family. 

The powder room downstairs features luxurious brass finish tapware, concealed toilet and a floating vanity. Our design team continued the design throughout the home for ultimate consistency. 

Balancing the demands of toddler bathing and an elegant sanctuary for the adults meant selecting fixtures which were both functional and stylish. The end result is as individual as its owners, sitting cohesively within this beautiful Sylvania home and the family life that thrives in it.
